Busy day as usual - Tara had missed the banner group meeting on Friday, so felt obliged to go to church today and apparently I was needed as chaperone. Tara greeted very warmly - me slightly more coldly, as they'd seen me actually prefer to go to the laundrette rather than church last week! Very bad coffee after the service.
Still lots of blackberries about, but Rob very unkeen on picking them (we've still got the scratches from last week), so in the afternoon, Rob and I went off to the beach and made sand castles. Rob still a bit quiet after falling in the river yesterday - he'd been a bit too enthusiastic leaning over to gather Himalayan Balsam seeds and the ground gave way.
Tara very keen on getting Y Fenni cheese, which has ale, mustard seeds and such like, but got Monterey Jack instead (also Double Gloucester by itself, DG with chives, ordinary cooking cheese). Church is very close to Tesco, the supermarket where I go, though a long way from home - not too sure if it really was such a good idea to get 7.5 kilos of potatoes all at once when you have to walk a few kilometres home. Fortunately, there are lots of benches to take rests on.
Updated web pages and looked at maps of how the files link together. No doubt these plans will be shown to relatives who think that web design is just a matter of pressing a button or two and hey presto, the web page is complete.
Am relaxing with alcoholic strawberry lemonade - so smooth! It's probably not very alcoholic, but if you're into sweet things, it's a bit of all right.
